任职要求/岗位职责

Responsibilities:

The senior manager of medical science liaison will set directions and strategy for our therapeutic activities by setting visions for individual products and projects.
It is the responsibility of this position to create an environment for idea generation but also to identify better practice internally and externally to grow the business by managing an increasing complex medical / marketing business.
It is inherent in this position to create an environment where we use top industry standard and disease expertise to provide strategic directions, communication and planning to reveal new opportunities, but also to mitigate competitor’s moves to optimise our individual brands from a portfolio perspective.
It is important to have an in-depth diabetes understanding but also an extensive medico-marketing understanding within the pharmaceutical industry.
The senior manager of medical science liaison will work closely with the product teams, education group, medical department and regional business units.
The senior manager of medical science liaison has a responsibility to secure the development of a strong medical information package to support the diabetes products.
Key focus areas include: ;

Medical support for the launch of a new product
Provide aligned and consolidated brand-specific clinical medical support to product team and education team
Field-based regional medical resource to current field marketing management and sales teams
Key bridge between marketing and medical department
KOL strategy – database, identification of emerging KOL
Establish scientific presence and credibility in key institutions and in the medical & academic community to position Novo Nordisk as the preferred partner in diabetes care
Responsible for developing high quality scientific meetings
Expand product and disease state knowledge
Respond to unsolicited medical / research inquiries
Qualifications:

Experience: ;

A Medical Doctor degree
Substantial clinical experience
Experience within Medical marketing business (medical affairs) is preferred
Formal business education (MBA or equivalent) preferable; attendance of marketing and business courses plus experience in marketing is essential
Strong leadership, process management skills, and ability to get results through others
Achieved personal publications, held international medical presentations and written synopsis and protocols
Strong professionalism, dedication and experienced in setting directions
Personal skills:

Action oriented, with a strong drive and focus on results
Team-player with good peer relationships but also able to support and interact as a professional asset for the VP of International Medical Affairs
Strong in medical communication
Well structured and perseverant
High integrity and good at solving problems
Flexible attitude
Motivated for personal development with focus on management skills
