任职要求/岗位职责

职位描述:
Position Responsibilities· Providing pre-sale and post-sale support on chrom products/GC,GCMS,HPLC,LCMS;· Help sales team to meet the target of the product line which responded;· Collecting products and application information, preparing sales tools for sales team;· Providing instrument show and running sample per request by sales team;· Providing products training for internal and external customer;· Providing application support based on the requirement of customer;· Developing and providing application notes for meeting and expanding market requirement.
Position Required· University degree in Chemistry or related field. Master/PhD degree is desired.· Minimum of two years direct customer contact experience with preference for technical support area.· Experiences with GCMS, HPLC & LCMS related analytical technologies & instrumentation are desirable.· Demonstrated good communication & personal skills.· Self-starter, strong team player, prioritization skill, good presentation skills.
