- In order to promote the objectives of the company sales, in line with the development direction of the company to comply with compliance policies and budgets, promote education of hospital for assigned products ,achieve sales target in assigned city
- 为了推动公司销售目标的实现,在符合公司发展方向,遵守合规政策以及预算之内,促进公司产品在区域内医院的推广教育,在指定城市完成销售指标。
2.Major tasks and responsibilities of position (max. 8 key topics)
岗位主要任务与职责(至多8项)
- 执行销售计划,影响并说服区域内的客户使用我们的产品以确保销售指标的达成
- Implement of sales plans, impact and persuade customers in target region to use our products to ensure sales targets reached
- 根据市场部制定的市场活动计划(如:临床试验,学术会议等)在本区域内执行并跟进活动结果
- Implement and track marketing activity (i.e. local clinical trial, seminar, etc.)
- 严格执行区域管理,制定并执行合理的拜访路线及拜访频率, 定期拜访区域内的重点目标客户,了解他们的需求并建立与维护良好的关系
- strictly implement regional management rule, develop and implement a reasonable joint call, regularly visit target customers, understand their needs , create and keep good relationship with them
- 按要求填写日报表、周计划、月总结,及时反馈相关市场信息
- prepare for daily report, weekly plan, monthly summuary, provide marketing information in time.
- 收集客户资料,建立完备的客户管理档案
- collect customers ' information, set up comprehensive customer management file

- University graduated, major in medical or pharmacy is preferred
- 医学或药学本科学历
